The Connecticut Amateur Radio League of Youth - C.A.R.L.Y. - is an energetic group of Amateur Radio operators willing to learn and share their experiences with kids their own age. If you’re just starting out or just interested in Ham radio, this is the place for you! Our club is for kids and run by kids (with a little help from our parents).
