Information supplied is used solely for the purpose of processing your order. It is our guarantee that your information will never be sold or distributed outside of our business.

EASE OF ORDERING
With our wide variety of products and the detailed information required for many items, you may find it a challenge to convey your thoughts using our order form. We'll be happy to discuss your project to make sure we understand your request.

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
Your order will be reviewed and manually acknowledged (not with an impersonal automated reply) as soon as possible. All effort is expended to respond to your inquiries and orders in a timely manner.

Please review thoroughly your order acknowledgment for accuracy. If it's indicated that your order is to be completed immediately and you notice an error, please telephone (877-744-6626 / 888-426-8241 or 225-757-1545) ASAP to inform us of the mistake. Please leave a message with the correction and a call-back number along with a good time to reach you.

If you do not receive an e-mailed order response within 24 hours, allowing time for weekends and holidays, please e-mail us for a personal status check.

CUSTOM DESIGNS
We'll be glad to provide a draft picture of your custom design by e-mail with your order. Orders canceled after reasonable attempts to meet your design criteria may be subject to a modest fee.

CUSTOM ARTWORK
All submitted artwork is required to be in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding copyright, trademark, service mark, patent or other forms of protection. By submitting artwork or a copy of other material for use in our processes, represents that the use of said material will not violate any such laws, and we hereby disclaim any and all liability for compliance with such law in the use of the customerís copy or other material.

In other words, the unauthorized use of trademarks and copyrights is illegal. When you place an order, we assume that you have the right and permission to use such items. We accept no liability. Occasionally we may require completion of a copyright release form.

COLOR MATCHING
Color matching is not guaranteed. Please be aware that slight color shift from one item to the next is possible and especially from one batch to the next for our full color items. Every effort is made to keep the color shift to a minimum. More info.

COMMUNICATIONS
We usually check our e-mail several times a day. If you do not receive a reply to your order or e-mail within 24 hours (allowing extra time for weekends and holidays), please contact us again. We accept and return telephone calls from the United States only. We do not accept collect calls nor do we return telephone calls to locations outside of the United States. Inadvertent calls outside of the U.S. are subject to a telephone surcharge rate of at least $2 per minute.

PAYMENT
For your convenience, we accept credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), PayPal online payments and USPS (Post Office) Money Orders. Sorry, we do not accept checks of any type. All prices are in US$. If you elect to mail your payment, please allow extra time (up to 4 weeks) to complete your order. Your order will be processed after payment in full has been received. Prices are subject to change without notice.

RETURNS
We make all possible effort to ensure the accuracy of your order before and during the manufacturing process. Most of our products are personalized and are custom made to your specifications and, therefore, are non-returnable. Of course, we'll be glad to replace items with spelling or setup errors due to our mistake. Claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. Please call for authorization prior to returning your item.

SHIPPING
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipments unless other arrangements are made in advance. Rush orders may be upgraded to Priority Mail (2-3 days NOT guaranteed) or Express Mail (overnight to two days) for an additional fee. For International orders, we provide only proof of shipment and cannot be responsible for delivery. Global Priority Mail and Global Express Mail are the preferred shipping methods to locations outside of the USA and its possessions. International shipping quotes are provided with your personalized order acknowledgment.
